About Stacy: Feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from your sense of purpose can be deeply frustrating — especially when you’re trying to make decisions that align with both your head and your heart. Stacy works with clients who are navigating life’s complexities and looking for greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment. She supports teenagers through adults who are experiencing challenges related to relationships, family dynamics, trauma, grief and loss, career direction, and personal growth. Many of her clients come in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, ADHD, or a general sense of uncertainty, and are ready to better understand themselves and move forward with intention. Stacy is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their inner voice, uncover their strengths, and create a path that feels aligned and meaningful.
Therapeutic Approach: Stacy takes an individualized, insight-driven approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of modalities to best support each client’s unique needs. Her work centers on increasing self-awareness, processing past experiences, and identifying patterns that may be holding you back. Together, you will explore what no longer serves you, build clarity around your values and goals, and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence. Stacy creates a supportive and reflective space where healing and growth can happen — helping you move toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
