Edina Location

Directions for In-Person Appointments: We are located in the One Corporate Plaza building in Edina, just west of Hwy 100 between the exits for 70th St. and 77th St. Our address is 7400 Metro Blvd, Suite 227, Edina, MN 55439.

When arriving, there is parking available on all sides of the building. You can either use the entrance at the front middle or the entrance in the back of the building.

Upon entering, please take the elevators in the middle of the building to the 2nd Floor. We are located in Suite 227. Please wait in the waiting room and your therapist will come greet you at the time of your appointment.

Monticello Location

Directions for In-Person Appointments: We are located in the Smith, Paulson, O'Donnell Law building in Monticello, just North of I94 off exit 193. Our address is 611 Walnut St, Suite 1, Monticello, MN 55362.

When arriving, there is parking in the back of the building which is accessible off of Walnut St.

Upon entering, you will find us on the bottom floor. We are located in Suite 1. Please wait in the waiting room and your therapist will come greet you at the time of your appointment.

Brooklyn Park Location

Directions for In-Person Appointments: We are located in the Triad building in Brooklyn Park, just North of I94/694 of Exit 30 for Boone Avenue. Our address is 7101 Northland Cir N, Suite 205, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428.

When arriving, the entrance to the East side of the building is closest to our office.

Upon entering, you will find us on the second floor in Suite 205. Please wait in the waiting room and your therapist will come greet you at the time of your appointment.
