Step 2 — Get Matched & Schedule Once we've connected, we'll pair you with the therapist who's the right fit for your needs and schedule your first appointment. We'll also send over any intake paperwork to complete before your first session so you can hit the ground running.

Step 3 — Your First Session Your first session is really a conversation. Your therapist will take the time to get to know you, understand what brought you in, and start building a picture of what support looks like for you.
