We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, America's PPO/Health EZ, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Plus Medicaid, Cigna, First Health, Health Partners, Hennepin Health, Medica, Medica Health Plans, Medica Mayo Health Plans, Medicaid of Minnesota, Medicare, TriCare/TriCare West, United Medical Resources (UMR), United Healthcare (UHC), UCare, and MN State Insurance. If you don't see your plan listed, reach out and we'll do our best to help you figure out your options.

When you become a client, you'll create an account in our client portal. From there you can upload your insurance information and payment details, view any invoices, and manage your billing all in one place. If you have questions at any point, our team is happy to help walk you through it.

Yes — for clients who prefer not to use insurance, we offer private pay options. The initial diagnostic assessment session is $200, and ongoing 53-minute sessions are $150. Private pay can also be a good option for those who want to keep their care completely confidential.

If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for sessions with our therapists. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage. If eligible, we can provide a Superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that a diagnosis is required for insurance reimbursement purposes.

We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, a $90 fee will be charged for cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.

When arriving, there is parking available on all sides of the building. You can either use the entrance at the front middle or on the ends in the back of the building.
Upon entering, please take the elevators in the middle of the building to the 2nd Floor. We are located in Suite 227. Please wait in the waiting room and your therapist will come greet you at the time of your appointment.
Monticello
Serving central Minnesota including St. Cloud, St. Michael, Buffalo, Rogers, and Elk River.

Telehealth
Can't make it in person? We offer virtual therapy sessions to anyone across Minnesota. Therapists with LPC certification are available via telehealth for individuals in Ohio and Arizona as well.
