Taking the first step toward therapy or counseling can feel daunting, but it’s also the beginning of meaningful change. I offer both in-person therapy in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and online therapy in Minnesota for adolescents, adults, and couples. My commitment is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel validated, understood, and empowered to make progress on your mental health journey.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re starting high school, heading to college, adjusting to an empty nest, navigating career changes, coping with loss, or caring for aging parents, therapy can help you gain resilience and clarity. My goal is to help you feel grounded, build on your strengths, and create a path forward that aligns with your values.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Adlerian psychology, and behavioral activation therapy. With 16 years of experience as a licensed professional school counselor, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges that individuals and families face. Sessions are flexible and personalized—whether you’re looking for short-term support or a longer therapeutic partnership.
If you’re looking for a therapist in Minnesota who offers both virtual counseling and in-person therapy, I’d love to connect. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation by text, email, or phone, and let’s explore how therapy can support your healing and growth. Your voice matters, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
