Menopause & Midlife Support

Midlife is more than a hormonal transition. It's often a season of rediscovery, reflection, and change. As women navigate perimenopause and menopause, they may also be balancing evolving relationships, career shifts, caregiving responsibilities, changing identities, and questions about what comes next.

Through a compassionate, mind-body approach, I provide education, emotional support, and practical strategies to help women better understand the connection between hormonal changes, emotional well-being, and everyday life. Together, we'll strengthen resilience, manage stress, improve self-awareness, and create healthy habits that support your physical, emotional, and relational wellness.

Whether you're experiencing mood changes, anxiety, sleep challenges, brain fog, burnout, or simply feeling like you're entering a new chapter, my goal is to help you embrace this season with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

Long before I became a therapist, I discovered that my greatest joy was helping others. As a teacher, mentor, and coach, I found purpose in encouraging people to recognize their strengths and navigate life's challenges with confidence. Looking back, I realize I wasn't simply teaching; I was helping people learn to ride the waves life placed before them.

One of the most transformative seasons of my own life was stepping away from my career to stay home and raise my four children. Those years taught me that growth rarely happens in calm waters. Parenting brought moments of incredible joy alongside uncertainty, exhaustion, change, and countless opportunities to begin again. It was during those years that I developed a deeper appreciation for grace, resilience, and the importance of having support through life's transitions.

Today, my work focuses on helping women and adults move through these transitions with greater self-awareness, resilience, and compassion. I believe our emotional well-being is deeply connected to our relationships, our bodies, and the stories we tell ourselves. By nurturing the mind-body connection and creating space for healing, we can begin to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.

One of the greatest joys of my work is collaborating with other therapists, wellness professionals, and community partners to offer workshops, support groups, and educational programs that help people feel connected, supported, and empowered. Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens through relationships, community, and the courage to ask for support.

I hope that when you walk through my door or meet with me virtually, you feel welcomed exactly as you are. You don't have to have everything figured out. Together, we'll slow down, explore what's most important to you, and discover the strengths that will help guide you into your next chapter.
