Kevin provides affirming, trauma-informed therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals, men, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and trauma. He creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand their experiences and feel more confident moving forward.

Therapeutic Approach: With a strong focus on the mind-body connection, Kevin integrates somatic interventions and evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to help clients feel more grounded, process past experiences, and strengthen emotional regulation. Kevin uses a collaborative, client-centered approach that integrates CBT with somatic techniques to help clients manage anxiety, process trauma, and improve relationships. His focus is on building practical skills, emotional regulation, and lasting, meaningful change.
