About Katie: There are times in life when things can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult to navigate on your own. Whether you’re facing a major transition, struggling with anxiety or relationships, or simply feeling stuck, Katie offers a supportive space to help you move forward. She works with young adults and adults (18+) who are navigating life transitions, ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Katie is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and creating an affirming environment where clients can show up authentically and feel fully accepted. With a background as a high school counselor, Katie brings years of experience helping individuals work through personal, social, and emotional challenges with compassion and understanding.
Therapeutic Approach: Katie takes a collaborative, solution-focused approach to therapy, integrating mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She works with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping strategies, and develop new ways of navigating challenges. Her goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Together, you’ll work toward building confidence, strengthening relationships, and creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
