About Farah: In my work as a therapist, I challenge and collaborate with my clients to achieve change in many aspects of life. I have over 10 years of experience workingin the counseling field, specializing in supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, cultural and identity concerns. As a child of immigrants, I understand the stigma that comes with mental health and the taboo of seeking professional help through therapy. Supporting my clients through difficult conversations, transitions, and stages is my goal. I am here to help you navigate the pressure of culture, familial expectations, and western society.

Therapeutic Approach: I use a holistic approach, utilizing different counseling methods and interventions to best suit the unique needs of my clients. I utilize strength-based counseling, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and holistic counseling interventions. I enjoy working with adults, Arab Americans, Muslims, and other people of color (BIPOC). I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their goals and to connect them to their communities.
