About Sandra: The stress of parenting in our complex world can put a significant strain on a parent's sense of well-being. You may be experiencing increased demands on your time, financial pressures, concerns about your child's health and safety, worries about the impact of technology and social media, or the weight of cultural expectations for both you and your child's future. Given the intensity of parenting today, it's easy to feel uncertain about how to best care for yourself while guiding your child.
Sandra has over 25 years of experience working with parents navigating the challenges of raising adolescents and supporting their adult children. She assists parents whose lives feel disrupted, out of balance, or who have concerns about their own mental health — offering insights, strategies, and tools to support both parental well-being and confident, loving parenting.
Therapeutic Approach: Sandra's style is warm, calm, and optimistic. Together with her clients, in a safe and confidential environment, she works to reduce the impact of stress and address emotions that may be interfering with quality of life. Her goal is to help parents move forward with greater confidence and clarity in caring for both themselves and their children.
