Peggy offers both in-person and virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples, with a commitment to providing a safe, supportive space where clients feel validated, understood, and empowered. She specializes in depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions — whether that's starting high school, heading to college, adjusting to an empty nest, navigating career changes, or caring for aging parents.
Therapeutic Approach: Peggy's approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Adlerian psychology, and behavioral activation therapy. With 16 years of experience as a licensed school counselor, she brings deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face. Sessions are flexible and personalized — whether clients are looking for short-term support or a longer therapeutic partnership.
