About Patti: Patti takes a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy — meeting clients where they are and providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration. She cares deeply about each client's unique experiences and works collaboratively to identify goals, then find practical, solution-focused strategies to reach them. Alongside her professional experience, she brings personal insight to her practice — whether navigating the joys and challenges of marriage, raising children, relocating across the country, or starting a new career. She knows firsthand that life presents both unexpected challenges and profound opportunities for growth.

Therapeutic Approach: Patti integrates strength-based models, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring her approach to each individual's needs. Outside the office she teaches as an adjunct professor, stays active through pickleball, tennis, and strength training, and believes firmly that laughter and humor are essential parts of a well-lived life — and a good therapy session.
