About Mollie: Mollie brings experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, panic, emotional dysregulation, trauma, life transitions, academic struggles, college and career decisions, grief, family conflict, divorce, peer relationships, and identity concerns. She approaches therapy with genuine care and unconditional positive regard, providing a non-judgmental, client-centered space where individuals have the freedom to show up as their authentic selves.

Therapeutic Approach: Mollie believes in helping clients realize and draw on their unique qualities and talents, supporting them on their journey toward self-actualization. She works with clients to identify behaviors and thought patterns that no longer serve them, replacing unhelpful ways of thinking and acting with healthier, more productive alternatives.
