I believe in meeting people where they are—in a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space. My approach to therapy is grounded in listening deeply, offering encouragement, and bringing just the right amount of humor to help navigate life’s challenges.

With nearly 30 years of experience as a K–12 School Social Worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families through a wide range of experiences. These years have taught me to see the world through others’ eyes and to help clients build self-confidence, resilience, and self-advocacy skills.

Whether you're navigating school-related concerns, family dynamics, life transitions, or just feeling stuck—I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the ability to heal, grow, and thrive.

I hold a Master’s in Education from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Central Missouri State University.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family, laughing with friends, traveling, biking, reading historical fiction, tending to my garden, or enjoying long walks with my rescue pup.
