Are you looking for a therapist that will not only focus on your presenting concerns but someone who will take a holistic approach through a lens of mind, body, and spirit connection. Spirituality and who we are at the core of our being is explored. I utilize an active, collaborative process focusing on client resilience, motivation, and self compassion to foster positive change. I will hold space for you in a non-judgemental, empathetic, and kind approach while also helping to keep you accountable for the changes you want to see. I work from a trauma informed lens and am trained in EMDR and Ego State/Parts work using IFS.

I enjoy working with women, adolescents, all individuals, and couples. Speciality areas include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, and career counseling. Spirituality is explored. Whatever your current situation is, I will walk beside you on your journey so you can experience the joy that life has for you.
