Specialty Areas: Life Transitions, Career Change, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, Family Relationships, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

About Marguerite: Marguerite founded Next Adventure Counseling & Consulting in 2022 with a clear purpose — to create a practice where people moving through life's hardest moments could find real, strength-based support and step into something better. As the practice has grown to nearly 50 therapists across three Minnesota locations, that founding vision has never changed. She brings an open, authentic, and solution-focused approach to her work, believing deeply in each client's capacity to regain control, rebuild trust in themselves, and make the changes they want to make.

Therapeutic Approach: Marguerite works with clients through a strength-based lens, focusing on resiliency and motivation. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of presenting concerns. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) — an approach that works directly to reprogram how distressing memories and images are stored in the brain, eliminating the strong physical and emotional reactions they trigger. She is particularly committed to supporting children and adolescents, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those who serve in healthcare, law enforcement, and first responder roles.

Availability: In person in Edina, Brooklyn Park, and Monticello | Virtual appointments available statewide across Minnesota. Evening and weekend appointments available.
