About MaKenzie: Life transitions can be both meaningful and overwhelming — especially when you’re balancing demanding roles and caring for others. If you’re feeling stretched thin, navigating a major life change, or struggling to find balance, you don’t have to do it alone. MaKenzie offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention. She is especially passionate about supporting women through the perinatal journey, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. She also enjoys working with helping professionals — including those in healthcare, education, and first response — who often carry high levels of stress and responsibility in their daily lives.
Therapeutic Approach: MaKenzie uses a client-centered, strength-based approach that meets you where you are. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to support emotional processing, stress reduction, and skill development. Her work focuses on helping clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable change. She prioritizes creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported — while gently encouraging growth and deeper connection with yourself.
