About Leah: Leah has a passion for helping people and believes we can all live happier, more balanced, and more fulfilling lives. She is caring, down to earth, and brings a sense of humor to her work. Her approach is non-judgmental, active, and strengths-based — drawing on solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness frameworks. In a supportive but straightforward way, she gets to know each client, helps them set meaningful goals, and keeps them accountable in working toward them. If you're looking for someone to help you stay on track, Leah is a strong fit.

Therapeutic Approach: Leah works with children and adolescents ages 12 and older, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, women's issues, life transitions, divorce, grief, and career change. She has experience working with gifted students, parents of children with mental health challenges, and individuals who love someone with alcohol or drug use disorder. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and holds 15 years of experience as a licensed school counselor. An adventurer herself — she has hiked the Italian Dolomites and traveled to Japan — she brings that same curiosity and spirit to her therapeutic work.
