About Kristin: Whether you're navigating a major life transition, exploring your identity, healing from loss, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a powerful place to find clarity, connection, and growth. Kristin offers a safe, supportive space where clients can show up exactly as they are. She works with teens aged 16 and older, adults, couples, and individuals exploring their sexuality or gender identity, with a particular passion for supporting women who have experienced fertility challenges or pregnancy loss.
Therapeutic Approach: Kristin's approach is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing. With 11 years of experience as a school counselor, she brings a calm, steady presence and deep respect for each client's story. She is currently in pre-licensure for her LPCC. Together with her clients, she works to untangle the hard stuff, build on existing strengths, and help move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
Availability: Virtual appointments available statewide across Minnesota. Available Monday evenings 6-9pm and every other Sunday 1-4pm.
