About Kelly: With over 13 years of experience in mental health and social services, Kelly is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals ages 12 and older. She specializes in a Brain-Body Model of therapy that integrates the latest neuroscience with traditional therapeutic practices to support emotional and mental well-being. She holds certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Neuropsychotherapist, Brainspotting Phase 1 practitioner, Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, and is trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Therapeutic Approach: Kelly works with clients in a way that goes beyond traditional therapy, encouraging creative and holistic approaches to healing. Her approach is flexible, client-centered, and intentional — deeply collaborative and tailored to each individual's needs and goals. As a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with both the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, she is also passionate about supporting the next generation of clinicians through high-quality supervision and mentoring.
