About Kate: Kate has been a licensed counselor for over a decade, working with adults throughout Minnesota across a range of settings. She is drawn to this work because she gets to be part of people's stories — supporting them through healing, change, and self-discovery. Her approach is client-centered and flexible, drawing from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to meet clients where they are. She specializes in life transitions, career development, personal growth, burnout particularly among medical professionals, ADHD management, and parenting.

Therapeutic Approach: Therapy with Kate is collaborative, down-to-earth, and often includes a bit of humor. Her goal is to help clients identify what they want most for themselves, remove what's in the way, and build on the foundation they already have. She doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — every client gets a tailored experience that reflects their unique needs and goals.

Availability: Virtual appointments available statewide across Minnesota. Evening and weekend appointments available.
