About Johanna: Johanna believes in the inherent value, purpose, and dignity of each person — and that through therapy, individuals can develop or re-establish that belief about themselves. She is here to actively and non-judgmentally listen to your story, work collaboratively to build on your internal strengths, and celebrate you reaching your goals. Her goal is to create a space that is safe, supportive, and comfortable enough for you to express yourself, your concerns, and your aspirations freely.

Therapeutic Approach: Johanna works with individuals across the lifespan ages 12 and older, using an eclectic approach that draws from a variety of research-based frameworks. She integrates a humanistic perspective with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills, and incorporates nature, movement, mindfulness, and spirituality into her work when desired and consented to by the client.

Availability: In person in Monticello | Virtual appointments available statewide across Minnesota. Evening and weekend appointments available.
