About Jessica: No one knows you better than you. Yet sometimes the noise of the world gets in the way of our ability to maintain relationships, problem solve, and confidently lead the lives we want to live. Jessica's goal in every therapeutic relationship is to be a source of calm — a space where the noise quiets and there's room to sit with and talk through thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through a client-centered approach, she helps clients find a life they are proud of and can live freely in, whether that means defining new goals, letting go of what no longer serves them, or exploring identity to feel more grounded in who they are.

Therapeutic Approach: Jessica spent a decade working in schools as a high school counselor, with a focus on relationship concerns, family systems, anxiety, post-secondary education and careers, identity exploration, and self-esteem. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She has a particular interest in working with young adults, adults navigating life transitions, and individuals in rural communities.

Availability: Virtual appointments available statewide across Minnesota. Evening and weekend appointments available.
