Her practice is grounded in acceptance and empathy, using evidence-based approaches to help clients tackle life's difficulties while developing a positive relationship with themselves and others. She has a particular focus on neurodivergent identities and exploring how neurodiversity shapes everyday life, with over 8 years of experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities.
Therapeutic Approach: Gwyneth works with clients ranging in age from 12 to 65 and older who are looking to grow and change in some way — even if they're not sure exactly how. She is gender and sexuality affirming, body positive, sex positive, and culturally humble in all her work.
