About Gautham: Gautham builds meaningful relationships with his clients by hearing them tell their own stories. He draws on a range of therapeutic approaches — including person-centered, relational, narrative, and emotion-focused therapy — to find what best supports each individual. He works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, work and relationship stressors, body image, boundaries, gender and sexuality exploration, burnout, grief, and life transitions, using a trauma-informed, queer affirmative, sex positive, and fat positive lens throughout.

Therapeutic Approach: Gautham works with clients aged 16 and older, individually and in couples. He has experience with clients from a wide range of ethnicities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, body sizes, and cultural backgrounds. His goal is to create a collaborative environment where clients can explore how societal norms shape their experiences and relationships. By building self-awareness without invoking shame, he helps clients become more patient and self-compassionate, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and feel genuinely empowered to meet their own needs.
