About Cindy: Life transitions, chronic stress, or simply feeling stuck can leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. You may be juggling anxiety or depression, navigating relationship or parenting challenges, adjusting to divorce or single parenting, or feeling pulled in too many directions while caring for both children and aging parents. If you're an educator or caregiver, you may also be carrying the weight of compassion fatigue and burnout. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

Cindy provides a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what you're experiencing. She brings a down-to-earth style, unconditional positive regard, and gentle humor to help clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and brings many years of experience as a school counselor supporting adolescents, young adults, and families.

Therapeutic Approach: Cindy's approach is collaborative and person-centered — working at your pace to identify goals, explore emotions, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable. She has a particular interest in supporting women, educators, and caregivers who are stretched thin and longing for more balance, clarity, and fulfillment. Whether you're navigating a major life change, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or wanting to reconnect with your resilience, therapy with Cindy is designed to help you move forward with intention and self-compassion.
