About Cali: Whether you're an adolescent navigating the rollercoaster of the teenage years, a young adult facing the excitement and challenges of life transitions, or a parent striving to balance the joys of parenting with personal growth, Cali is here to support you every step of the way. At the core of her practice is a commitment to unconditional positive regard — supporting clients without judgment, no matter what.

With 18 years of experience as a school social worker, Cali has had the privilege of working with adolescents, young adults, and families, each with their unique stories and challenges. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Augsburg University, an undergraduate degree in Business and Psychology from St. Olaf College, and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and approved Clinical Supervisor.

Therapeutic Approach: Cali creates a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and work through whatever challenges they're facing. She is known for her friendly and inviting demeanor, using a dash of humor and gentle encouragement to foster open communication. Her hope is to use the power of genuine connection to help clients find the tools they need to thrive.
