About Caitlin: Prioritizing your mental health is a powerful first step. Life transitions — moving into adulthood, navigating school stress, managing relationships, or coping with anxiety and depression — can feel overwhelming, and Caitlin is here to walk alongside you through those challenges. With experience as both a school counselor and a pre-licensed therapist, she specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, peer and family relationship challenges, and stress. She also has a particular passion for supporting caregivers and professionals in high-stress fields who may be feeling burned out or emotionally drained.
Therapeutic Approach: Caitlin integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in practical, goal-oriented ways. Together with her clients, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space to explore concerns, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. Her goal is to help clients reduce stress, strengthen self-confidence, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling future.
