About Anesha: Anesha is a warm, nurturing, and strengths-based therapist passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges. She brings a compassionate, relational approach to therapy and believes that meaningful growth happens through trust, collaboration, and feeling truly understood. Anesha has experience working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, supporting concerns including anxiety, trauma, attachment challenges, neurodiversity, perfectionism, and emotional regulation.
Therapeutic Approach: Anesha meets clients where they are, honoring each individual's pace while gently challenging clients to build greater self-awareness, confidence, and coping skills. She places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, believing that connection, safety, and collaboration are the foundation of effective therapy. She works closely with both clients and caregivers to create a supportive environment where growth feels possible and sustainable. Anesha draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a solution-focused approach to help clients identify strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward positive, meaningful change.
