Anesha places strong emphasis on building the therapeutic relationship, believing that connection, safety, and collaboration are the foundation of effective therapy. She works closely with both clients and caregivers to create a supportive environment where growth feels possible and sustainable.

Anesha utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a Solution-Focused approach to help clients identify strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward positive, meaningful change.
