About Aimee: Life is supposed to have its challenges — but sometimes the weight of those challenges feels unmanageable. Aimee is here to help carry that emotional weight, find ways to navigate the stress, and lighten the load of daily life with coping strategies, validation, and humor. With 10 years of experience counseling in school settings, she has supported students navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school avoidance, LGBTQIA+ concerns, foster care and placement, grief and loss, divorce, and family conflict.

Therapeutic Approach: Aimee finds it both humbling and an honor to support youth and young adults as they navigate the challenge of getting to know themselves — who they are, what they want, and how to grow into self-sufficient, self-aware, and fulfilled adults. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, connecting with clients in whatever way fits their lifestyle most comfortably.

Availability: In person in Edina | Virtual appointments available statewide across Minnesota. Evening and weekend appointments available.
