About Aaron: Not sure if you're ready for therapy but know something needs to change? You don't have to have everything figured out to begin. Aaron provides virtual therapy across Minnesota, meeting clients where they are with warmth, patience, and a sense of humor. He works with individuals and couples seeking relationship therapy, communication support, and deeper connection — whether you're feeling disconnected, stuck in conflict, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting a healthier relationship.

Therapeutic Approach: Aaron uses a collaborative, strengths-based approach to explore the patterns, emotions, and dynamics that impact relationships — helping clients break unhelpful cycles and build more secure, connected partnerships. With over a decade of experience in school and community-based counseling, he brings a strong systems perspective to working with couples, adults, and families. He has extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, as well as clients from diverse backgrounds navigating complex relational and emotional challenges. His goal is to create a safe, affirming virtual therapy space where meaningful relationship work can happen from the comfort of home.
